ski resort

I’ve been trying to find authentic, vintage ski trail head signs for sale from ski resorts around the country but haven’t been able to find any as of yet. Has anyone run across any while surfing the net?

You should contact the resort. When the signs are removed by the area, they are usually destroyed because the condition makes them worthless. A few may have been removed by vandals at different times but like the “Yield” signs that are stolen so often, they are stolen property.

These aren’t original or retired signs that were actually used, but here’s the link to the company where we buy most of out generic signage.

Bigger resorts have a sign shop and make most of their signs in house. The retired signs usually end up in the local bars or in the basement crash pad for the local dirtbags.
